CREATING COMMUNITY THROUGH CLAY IN LOS ALAMOS, NM
About Us.
Fuller Lodge Art Center Clay Club (FLACCC) is a 501c7 nonprofit social club that takes a co-op approach to building a local clay community to share and maintain the Fuller Lodge Art Center’s ceramic space. While no ongoing instruction is given and members must be able to work independently, members share knowledge and learn from each other as part of a community. All members volunteer their time to maintain the equipment, clean the studio, and perform all tasks necessary for the operation of the studio as a whole. Production work is not allowed but members are allowed, and encouraged, to sell their pieces. We build community by hosting a monthly Clay Play where members share techniques with others, and we often fundraise for the club together at Los Alamos craft fairs.
Beginning in May, 2025, FLACCC is piloting a partnership opportunity with Little Studio on the Mesa for a satellite studio in White Rock. Located at 113 Longview Dr, the White Rock Studio will have 24/7 access to members and equivalent tools and amenities as the Los Alamos studio.
